At MINK Radiologic Imaging, our top priority is protecting the health and safety of our patients, visitors, and staff members.

We will continue to remain open but we’ve put in place some new policies and guidelines to promote social distancing and help contain the spread of COVID-19. Please see below and thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding:

SCREENING: We are performing health screenings for patients at the time of scheduling and in person when the patient arrives at the facility.
We will be checking temperature at the entrance of our suite before allowing access to a patient/visitor.
We are cleaning and disinfecting all areas of operation frequently.
Our staff is constantly washing their hands, wearing gloves, and masks for patient protection as well as theirs.
Patients will be at least 6 ft away from one another in our waiting rooms.
No visitor to accompany the patient unless a caretaker (1) is absolutely needed.
Patients are required to wear masks (1) will be provided at time of service if a patient does not have one.
No walk-ins for X-Ray at any location until further notice.

WE WILL ADVISE THE PATIENT: PLEASE DO NOT VISIT IF YOU HAVE:

Fever, chills cough, sore throat, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, loss of taste/smell, muscle pain
Been exposed to COVID-19

Physicians

Prescription Form

Please fill out the prescription form for your patient and submit to us electronically. One of our team members will call the patient to schedule his/her appointment once we have received the completed form from your office.

Mink Radiology Online

Carestream Vue Motion allows referring physicians to access their patients images and reports online, regardless of which Mink Radiology location the patient visits. The system requires a login ID and password. Please contact our physician liaison at the Beverly Hills office number to obtain access.
